Single data sets in the Report include social and environmental factors that influence the risk and prevalence of obesity including: Individual Factors, Family-Social Factors, Living-Working Factors, Community Resource Factors, and Policy-Program Factors.
Relationship Maps
Multiple data sets have been combined into important relationships and categorized into: Healthy Policy maps, Access to Healthy Food maps, Access to Physical Activity Maps, Active Transportation maps, and Healthy k-12 School maps.
